Center of Gravity

A five-question audit

What is your life actually saying?

Ten minutes. Five questions. Not what your life looks like. How it actually feels, in your body, on an ordinary day. Read slowly. Answer honestly. Only you will see this.

Design is the vehicle.
You are the destination.

Most people think their home is a reflection of their taste. It isn't. It's a reflection of their decisions, and more often, their defaults. The furniture you inherited. The room you never finished. The closet full of who you used to be.

Your space has been speaking to you this entire time. So has your calendar, your closet, the way you say yes to things you do not want. This audit teaches you how to listen.

There are no wrong answers. There is only what's true. Read each question slowly. Choose what resonates, not what sounds aspirational.

A note before we begin. When we say space, we mean every interior you inhabit. Your home. Your closet. Your morning routine. The quiet architecture of your day. We design all of it.

The one question running underneath all of it: Does this feel good? Everything that follows is built on your honest answer.

01
The Morning Test

When you walk into your main living space in the morning, what happens in your body?

Not what you think. Not what you notice with your eyes. What does your nervous system do in the first three seconds?

02
The Closet Question

Your closet is the most honest room in your house. What does yours say?

Not whether it's organized. Whether it reflects the woman you actually are right now. Not five years ago. Not who you're trying to become.

03
The Self-Portrait

If your home had to describe your inner life to a stranger, what would it say?

Your space is a self-portrait whether you meant it to be or not. The question is whether it's an honest one.

✦
A Pause

Before the next question, try the Filter.

Look around the room you are sitting in right now. Pick one object. Anything. The cup beside you. The lamp. The painting on the wall.

Look at it.

Does this feel good?

Don't analyze. Just feel. The first answer that comes is the right one.

That is the one question the entire program is built on. Now that you know the tool, the next two questions land differently.

04
The Non-Negotiable

Is there a space in your home that is entirely, unapologetically yours?

Not shared. Not functional for someone else. Not in progress. A space that holds you, designed specifically around how you need to feel.

05
The Threshold

When you walk through your own front door at the end of the day, does something in you exhale, or brace?

The body knows before the mind does. It answers this one before you have time to be polite about it.

✦

Before you read what your answers mean, what did you notice?

Not what you chose. What came up before you chose. A flicker. A recognition. A small quiet "oh."

What Your Answers Mean

Your life is not the problem.
The brief is missing.

Most women live without a brief. They accumulate, adjust, and inherit, without ever asking what they actually need their life to do. Below are the four women who walk through these questions. One of them is you.

If your answers leaned toward C
The Performer

Your life is performing, not holding.

You've designed for the look. For the guests. For the life that photographs well. And something still feels off, because none of it was built around what you need to feel. That gap is exactly where this work begins.

If your answers leaned toward B
The Inheritor

You've gone invisible in your own life.

Somewhere between building your life and running it, you stopped noticing. The days became functional and you became furniture. The good news, you haven't lost your instincts. You've just stopped listening to them.

Start in Phase 02 · Your Space

The Debutante

You're not behind. You're early.

You haven't been given the language or the framework to design from the inside out, and that absence is the invitation. The most exciting place to begin is the most personal interior you have, the one you put on your body every morning. You debut by claiming your visual voice. The rest follows.

Start in Phase 03 · Your Signature
If your answers leaned toward A
The Curious

You're already in conversation with your life.

You feel it. The next question is whether that conversation is intentional and sustainable, or whether you got lucky and don't yet have the language to maintain it. This work makes the practice yours. Not a project, a way of living.

Start in Phase 04 · The Bridge

One thing to take with you

Tonight, before you sleep.

Stand in the doorway of your bedroom.

Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths.

On the fourth, open your eyes and breathe the room in.

What does it feel like?

Calm. Energized. Anxious. Heavy. Held. Tense. Quiet. Restless.

Whatever comes up first is the truth.

Don't fix it. Just name it. That's the work.

You can't design a life that holds you if you don't yet know what "held" feels like.

Center of Gravity is a 12-week program for women who are done designing by default. We work through your inner environment, your values, instincts, and non-negotiables, before we touch a single room. The result is a space, a style, and a daily life that finally feel like yours.

This audit is the beginning. The program is what comes next.
